Arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be beautiful and easily accessible, making my stay comfortable. The staff were happy, friendly, and always ready to help with any issues. The hotel's location was fantastic, offering a spacious lobby area with natural light, a great selection at the buffet breakfast, and a convenient spot on the south coast. Although the dining options were limited due to circumstances, the hotel shop and lobby area made up for it with their offerings. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor dining inconveniences.
I was beyond pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only large and comfortable but also designed beautifully, making them a perfect oasis of comfort. Everything was immaculately clean, and the breakfast was truly excellent. The only downside was that some of the staff were a bit too friendly which might not suit everyone's taste.
The hotel room was very quiet as it was located in the old part of the hotel facing the car park, which suited my needs. It was tidy, but there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom, making it unusable in the morning. The staff were lovely and friendly, providing professional and accommodating service throughout. The hotel's location was great, offering comfortable and clean rooms, though there was a mark on the bedding. The dining experience was quite good with a variety of breakfast options. The facilities were adequate, but there were no specific comments provided.

Despite these positives, the extra charge for a pet amenity was unexpected, and finding a mark on the bedding was a downside.
